Format

15 competing teams split into three groups, Group A (5), Group B (5) and Group C (5). Decided from the placements of the previous season.

Every team will play 1 Home and 1 Away game against each team in there group. All games will be played over 3 x 20min periods and to standard EIHL rules. Points will be awarded on the following basis, 2 for a win, 1 for a draw, 0 for a loss. After All games have been played the teams with the most points in their group win.

If In group A and you finish in 4th or 5th you will be relegated into group B for next season.

If in group B and you finish 1st or 2nd then you will be promoted into group A for next season, if you finish in 4th or 5th in group B then you will be relegated in group C for next season.

If in group C and you finish 1st or 2nd then you will be promoted into group B for next season.
